Young Men/Young Women
The Stake Young Men’s Presidency is going to be offering activities for the youth every 3rd Thursday during the upcoming summer months. These will take place June 18th, July 16th, and August 20th at the Stake Center at 7pm. We realize that most wards often don’t have enough youth in town during the summer to hold weekly activities every week so we are offering these Thursday nights as a way for youth to get together. This is open for both young women and young men.

For the Strength of Youth
As recently announced by the First Presidency, beginning the first week of September 2026, the Sunday class meeting schedule will change. In the adjusted schedule, Sunday School, Relief Society, priesthood quorums, and Young Women classes will be held each Sunday, with shorter class periods (25 mins. each). Primary will continue to be held weekly.
Aaronic Priesthood Quorums and Young Women Classes will be 25 mins., begin after a 5-minute transition from Sunday School, and will use the updated For the Strength of Youth: A Guide for Making Choices, with added supporting material from the For the Strength of Youth magazine.
Please note that young women, young men, parents, and leaders are encouraged to subscribe to the For the Strength of Youth magazine at no cost. (Subscriptions have a limit of one per household; however, if you don’t have youth in your home, feel free to still sign up and if you’d like, provide your household physical copy to a family in your ward with more than one (1) youth in their home.) Additional copies may be purchased at store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org or in retail stores where available.

North Logan City
As you are aware, our state continues to experience drought conditions and an increasing number of wildfires. Because of these conditions, North Logan City Emergency Manager Sandy Spendlove has expressed concern about the potential for wildfires in our valley this year. To help our community be better prepared, she has provided educational materials on the “Ready, Set, Go Evacuation Plan.”
Attached is a three-page checklist outlining the Family Action Plan portion of the program. In the event of a wildfire or other emergency requiring evacuation, the City will use the “Ready, Set, Go” terminology to communicate instructions and help residents know what actions to take at each stage.
The complete Ready, Set, Go Evacuation Plan includes valuable information on how homeowners can reduce wildfire risk by creating defensible space around their homes, preparing their families and property for a possible evacuation, and knowing what to do if an evacuation order is issued. North Logan City Emergency Communications System
North Logan City has a new system called Finalsite. This system communicates with city residents based on geographic areas. In the event of an emergency Finalsite will use the phone number and email address directly from your utility bill.
If you would like additional phone numbers and email addresses added to Finalsite based on your household, please email mary@northlogancity.gov, and she will get them input.
